Take lots of water- when you take much water every day, you will be able to ‘fool’ your body that it is full. Take a ride- whenever you feel hungry, you should walk out and go for a ride. During your ride, you should tell your mind that you can manage to wait until later to take your meal or snack. By doing so you will have some time to reflect on whether it was necessary to have taken the calories while at the same time feeling like a warrior because you have overcome the hunger for a whole hour.

Feeling your bones- you can do this by wrapping your wrists with your fingers or even along the collarbone. This is important because you will be able to gauge your progress of your diet and will deter the habit of eating.

Some exercises done before eating will help a lot. If you exercise before taking your meal or snack, it will give you some time to reflect on what you want and the best time to eat it. Remember not to take more calories than what you have burnt in your exercise.

You should get enough sleep: If you do not sleep, you will be lowering your rate of metabolism you will end up over-eating.

1.No Diet Plan

If you want to lose weight you must to be organized,to stay organized you must to have a plan(diet  plan),choosing diet plan is the number 1 thing that influences if you succed or not.

2:Cheating

This is the biggest mistake,not respecting your rules(diet plan).Don’t forget that many people fails because of their “5-out-of-7-days” diet,if you want to succeed then you must respect your diet plan 7 days per week,24 hours per day!

3: No Motivation

It’s much harder to do something if you don’t want to or you wanted,but you lost your motivation.

Of course we can’t control all of our stress,it’s out of our control,but we can reduce it at least little bit.Logic is simple: More Stress  - More Weight. Try to choose diet plan that doesn’t stress you very much.

You must to burn more calories you can,so you need to go to the gym and have good work-out plan,i’m pretty sure your gym trainer will prepare work-out plan for you.Increase of physical activity will boost your metabolism rates so you will lose weight even more faster!

6: Misinterpreting Food Labels

No sugar and no fat DOESN’T mean no calories! It’s very important to control food labels,if you want not only lose weight,but build muscles too(bodybuilding) then you have to eat as much proteins as possible and as much fat as possible,but if you want just lose weight then you can ignore protein and search food with low calories count.
